CAP CARE
Machine washable using a wool/handwash cycle only at a maximum temperature of 30°c.
If unsure of your machine settings please wash by hand.
Leave to dry naturally on an airer or line. Do not tumble dry.
PACKAGING
Each Alleyhat order is dispatched using British made eco packaging: recycled tissue paper and recyclable, biodegradable & compostable envelopes. Our labels and gift notes are all hand stamped on recycled card.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Alleyhats accepts returns and exchanges on any orders* within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and returned at the cost of the sender for a full refund to be issued. Please get in touch as soon as possible to arrange your return or exchange.
*Except custom or made to order items which cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We work with a local screen printer to create custom printed cycling caps, with a minimum order of 20. If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch with details on quantity and initial design ideas. Previous custom orders include: Hartley cycles, Mercian cycles and Zhero logistics.

SENDING A GIFT
At step 2 of checkout enter the shipping address of the recipient and choose your preferred shipping option. At step 3 select ‘Yes’ this purchase is a gift, adding the recipient’s name and a gift message if you’d like a handwritten note to be included with your order.
GIFT VOUCHERS
When purchasing a gift voucher, you’ll receive a unique code which you can email to your recipient or send to yourself as a pdf to print off. Both options allow you to add a message.
When redeeming a gift voucher code at checkout, customers will see the card value subtracted from their order total. They can also see the balance remaining on the voucher.
Our gift vouchers don’t have an expiry date so you won’t need to worry about it running out.
